Overview

Imagination Shoppe and iGames are proud to host, along with our online tournament partner CEVO, the League of Legends - Extreme PvP Tournament, sponsored by Intel, Alienware and Riot Games.

Gamers will form teams at your center to compete against teams located at other centers across the United States and Canada. The top teams will advance to play alongside online teams for a chance to win a share of $6,799.95 worth of cash and prizes.

Schedule

Center & Gamer Registration: July 9 - August 11

Each Wednesday evening during the Preliminary Phase, teams must show up to your center by 7:00 p.m. Central Time. They will be assigned two matches to play that night, between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Central Time.

Match 1 & 2: Wednesday, August 11
Match 3 & 4: Wednesday, August 18
Match 5 & 6: Wednesday, August 25
Match 7 & make-ups: Wednesday, September 1

The top 4 teams from the LAN Center Preliminary will advance to the Playoffs to compete in a subsequent 16 slot double-elimination bracket (alongside the top 12 teams from the online division). These matches will be scheduled with each respective opponent and must be completed by each Tuesday and Thursday, from September 16 to October 14.

Prizes

The top 3 overall placing teams from the Playoffs will split $6,799.95 worth of cash and prizes. 

1st - $750.00 USD (team total) and 5x Intel Core i7-975 processors (retail value: $979.99 USD each)
2nd - $500.00 USD (team total)
3rd - $250.00 USD (team total)

Each team advancing to the Playoffs Phase will 
also receive Riot Points valued at $25.00 USD.

UPDATE: As of June 25th, the pricing scheme was put into place due to a very high demand for the new system. IF cost was your biggest challenge holding you back from enjoying our computers, come down and give them a whirl now ... bring your friends and save even MORE!!!

Beginning this July we will be completely changing our pricing scheme for all our electronic games; consoles and PCs. What sparked this change is a need to make our services much more affordable to the general public. We have had some customers who enjoy our Rare, Epic and Legendary accounts but the majority have expressed their desire for less commitment to a monthly membership, lower basic rates and bulk hourly purchases. To address these requests and make Imagination Shoppe more affordable to everyone, we have created the new scheme.

You may note that there are no more unlimited plans available. To make the general pricing reduction work we needed to remove the unlimited plans as they were impacting our ability to offer better pricing across the board. However, we value the loyalty of our Legendary members and will be offering each of them one additional time cycle with their current plan to say thank you.

Plans are on hourly cycles with bulk purchases reducing the hourly cost as listed. The annual membership is designed for those that do find themselves in the Shoppe more than usual and would like assistance in dropping the hourly cost a little more. We are also working on specialty services we hope to offer soon that pair well with the new scheme. One example is the 444 Buddy Program: Four friends get four hours each for Forty dollars total.
